EcoZip To Present Tree Based Rollercoaster Zip Line
At the IAAPA Attractions Expo 2014, on November 18th in Orlando, Florida, Ecoline are to present their latest innovation: EcoZip tree based rollercoaster zip line. EcoZip is used in the World’s longest rollercoaster zip line (1 kilometre, 3280 feet) near Sydney, Australia.

Ecoline has developed its own safety system EcoZip that really ramps up the adventure as customers zip around the trees. Participants twist, turn, zig zag and loop-the-loop around trees, experiencing an exhilarating rush like no other. Ecoline General Manager Sandrine Gaymard explains “Customers are blown away by the feelings this new experience provides. They want to share this with others and come back for more with their friends and family”.
The EcoZip safety system consists of specifically designed pipes suspended from trees and patented Ecoline designed pulleys. Mr Galimard continues: “EcoZip has been in development for two years in Australia. We are incredibly proud of this innovation and to have the ability to design a system that is the longest in the World. No one else has come close to Ecoline’s achievement.”
Ecoline also creates high ropes courses (using both smart and continuous belay safety systems), canopy tours and tree houses in addition to rollercoaster zip lines. Their EcoTrack continuous belay system has been successfully used in Australia for 5 years. All of Ecoline’s products are custom made to suit the site, the target market as well as being sympathetic with the environment.
